Calgary police are investigating a suspicious death just outside the city’s southern boundary.
Around 8 a.m. Friday, Calgary police were called to Policeman’s Flats located at 32 Street E in Foothills County. There were reports of a woman in medical distress at the scene.
When officers arrived at the location, a woman was found dead at that site.
The Calgary Police Homicide Unit is now investigating. An autopsy is scheduled for next week.
The investigation is in early stages and Calgary police have no other details available.
