Texas roper Cory Solomon took to the Calgary Stampede Rodeo stage as champion after winning the Tie Down Roping event with a 7.3 second run. Sean Libin for LiveWire 
Tim O’Connell scored a 90 point ride on Welcome Delivery and went on to score 93.5 in the short round to become 2021’s Calgary Stampede Bareback champion. Sean Libin for LiveWire 
4 bull riders and 8 rank bulls faced off at the Calgary Stampede Showdown Sunday but only one cowboy stayed on for 8 seconds, riding Diamond Back to a score of 87.5, earning Jordan Hansen (Okotoks, AB) a championship title and a $50,000 cheque. Sean Libin for LiveWire
