Telus Spark Body Worlds: Animal Inside Out
What: Telus Spark opens its newest exhibit, showcasing animals from the inside out. Explore a variety of animals like goats, giraffes and octopuses and the internal system that makes them work. It features more than 100 translucent slices, blood vessel configurations, organ configurations and whole body plastinates.

Avenue Best Things to Eat Market
What: Hosted by Avenue Magazine, shop and sample some of Calgary’s best eats. This free, one-day market features items off the menus of Cabin Brewing Company, Honest Dumplings and The Pie Junkie.

12 Hour Halloween Movie Marathon
What: The Calgary Underground Film Festival is back featuring an all-night horror movie marathon. Featuring 12 hours of movies, contests and surprises. There are seven movies people can stay for them all or drop in and out. For a full lineup, visit their Facebook page.

Swingin’ Sundays at the Central Library
What: Head down to the atrium of the Central Library for a free afternoon of swing dancing. No partner or experience required. All ages and abilities welcome.
