Haunted Calgary 

What: More than 20,000 square feet of Halloween attractions. Haunted Calgary has three spaces for teens and adults and a Family Frights Thrill Zone. Located in the parkade level of New Horizon Mall.

Famous 5 Foundation: ‘Persons’ Case 90th Anniversary

What: On October 18, 1929 the Privy Council of Great Britain defined the word ‘persons’ as meaning both women and men. Celebrate the historic anniversary of the victory at the Famous Five Monument in Olympic Plaza.

Calgary Tattoo & Arts Festival

What: More than 450 local and international tattoo artists. The Calgary Tattoo & Arts Festival brings contests, exhibits and tattooing all weekend long. Check out a circus act or cabaret, and even a comedy stunt show.

Saturday, Oct. 19

Calgary Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival 

What: Sip on wines, spirits and beers from all over the world under one roof. At the Calgary Rocky Mountain Wine & Food Festival cap it off by tasting food samples from some of Calgary’s best restaurants.

2019 VIP Shop Hop

What: More than 25 shops, services and restaurants are offering up in-store features, special deals and VIP discounts. Shop the latest looks for fall or look for gifts for the holidays. A collection of restaurants and bars on 17th Ave will also be putting together a special menu for Shop Hop.

Doggy I Do

What: The Virgin Morning Show is holding a wedding for your dogs. Bring your pups together and have them married by host Fuzzy.

Calgary Reptile Expo

Election Night YYC

Calgary Spanish Film Festival

New Level Brewing Brewmaster’s Dinner

Calgary New Music Festival
