The Calgary Stampede continued its record-setting attendance pace, with another big day on the grounds, thanks to TC Energy’s Community Day.

Visitors were allowed on to the grounds free of charge before 2 p.m. and hundreds of people were lined up at the gates before the 10 a.m. opening of the Calgary Stampede grounds.

That pushed attendance on Tuesday to 141,053, which the Stampede says was another record-breaking close. The total 2024 attendance to date is 770,703. At the halfway point, that’s on track to push total attendance over the 1.5 million mark.
