Calgary Police investigate suspicious death in northeast

Homicide investigators were on the scene of a suspicious death that occurred in the community of Pineridge in northeast Calgary on Sept. 24.

The Calgary Police Service said they were called to a residence on the 2000 block of 65 Street NE around 12 p.m., following reports of a man in medical distress.

A man was found dead in the residence by police.

CPS said that homicide investigators were speaking to potential witnesses and that anyone with information call police at 403-266-1234.

An autopsy for the victim is scheduled for Sept. 25.
