Tuesday on the Calgary Stampede grounds ramped up once again, as the rain mostly stayed at bay.

Wednesday should be another big crowd as it’s BMO Kids Day on the grounds. There’s a breakfast in the GMC Courtyard from 8 to 9:30 a.m., plus free entry all day for kids 12 and under.

There’s free admission for all until 10 a.m.

The Stampede Powwow returns for two days only (July 12 and 13) and it will have some of the best dancers in North America competing from noon to 6 p.m. at the Saddledome.

TC Energy Community Day drew 132,955 people down to the Calgary Stampede grounds, bringing in the total attendance at this year’s Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth to 737,635.
