The Calgary Senior High School Athletic Association held their first divisional track and field meet this week.

A total of 32 schools sent athletes to compete over Wednesday and Thursday—16 high schools each day—to determine who would be going on to the City Championship later this month.

Students competed in running, javelin, discus, shot put, and the long jump.

Competitors from Calgary will be competing in the Alberta Schools Athletics Association Championships in Medicine Hat on June 3.
