Dense patches of fog blanketed Calgary yesterday, lending an otherworldly feel to many communities in the central and north parts of the city.
Environment Canada’s fog advisory continued this morning. The agency warned that near zero visibility in dense patches is occurring throughout Calgary and in surrounding communities.
Tuesday morning’s fog made viewing details of downtown hard. By Tuesday evening, the tops of the towers could be viewed over the valley fog banks.
