Photos: First snowfall at Calgary’s Nose Hill Park

Calgary had it’s first major snowfall for the new 2021 fall season on Friday.

This month, only 0.6 centimeters of snow had fallen on the city according to Environment Canada. This was far below the 27.9 centimeters of snow in 2020, and 15.5 centimeters by the same time in 2019.
