Controversial political operative Craig Chandler, also Executive Director of the Progressive Group of Independent Business (PGIB) and Tell City Hall, talked with us briefly Wednesday on why he went ahead with PGIB lunches while the province was enacting measures to stop the rapid spread of coronavirus.

The luncheons have since been stopped, Chandler said.
