It’s time to vote everyone!

Whether you are a yes or no it’s important that you get out there to cast your ballot.

If you still need some time to decide, don’t worry – we’ve got a ton of information here on our website that covers virtually all aspects of the Calgary Winter Olympics debate. Take whatever time to you need – being informed is important. This is quite the decision for Calgary.

As for the vote itself, here are some of the basics:

  • You need to be 18 years old and a citizen of Canada
  • You have to have resided in Alberta since May 13, 2018
  • You must be a resident of one of the city’s subdivisions
  • If you’ve already voted you’re out of luck, you can’t vote again

Vote from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. today, Nov. 13. You need to provide one authorized piece of identification when you go to vote.

You will be marking your ballot and feeding it into an electronic vote tabulator. This is the make the count at the end of the night much quicker than the traditional hand counting.
