Canada Day activities in the Calgary area

It’s time to celebrate, Calgary!

Canada is 151 years old and there’s tons to do this weekend in the Calgary area for Canada Day.

There’s no sense us retyping everything city related that’s going on (including CTrain service, fireworks, etc), so we figured we’d just leave this here:

City of Calgary Canada Day Activities

But there’s more! We’ve aggregated the best of the rest for Canada Day in the area.

You can head out to Millarville for the annual Canada Day horse races.

If you’re headed to the mountains, have a stop in Canmore for their all day celebrations.

Venturing further west? Banff’s got a bunch of fun going on.

Don’t want to venture as far west? Here’s what’s cookin’ in Cochrane.

Okotoks has stuff going on for two days for their Canada Day festivities.

Check out Airdrie for a parade and fireworks later in the night.
