Calgary Police have arrested Samiul Turzo, 20, in relation to the homicide of Stallone Leonard Mark Clare which occurred on January 1, in the community of Ranchlands.
Turzo has also been alleged to have shot a second man in that same New Year’s Day incident.
That man was transported to hospital suffering from gunshot wounds, and has since recovered.
Turzo was arrested on Monday, April 3 without incident, and is facing first-degree murder and attempted murder charges.
He is scheduled to appear in court on April 11.
