PHOTOS: Beakerhead climbs to new heights with The Ascent

Calgary’s festival of all things art, science, and engineering set new heights on Saturday evening with The Ascent.

Beakerhead in conjunction with the Calgary International Film Festival hosted DAVID, a 34 foot marionette that spent the better part of three hours climbing Devon Tower in Eau Claire.

Over a thousand Calgarians gathered in the downtown core to watch DAVID climb the tower.
