Join us for the Ward Zero municipal election podcast!

We’re back with the second episode of Ward Zero, with Esmahan Razavi and Jeremy Zhao alongside Darren Krause to talk about Calgary’s upcoming municipal election.

In this edition, the trio talk about the impact of Mayor Naheed Nenshi on Calgary and what it might mean for the upcoming Calgary municipal election mayor’s race. We also dive into doorknocking during COVID and mayoral candidate Brad Field’s suggestion that we should limit civic politicians to two terms, and… the Events Centre as an election issue.

To round out the show, we begin a preview of Wards 1 and 2, the candidates, the campaigns and how we might see things roll out in the coming months.

Calgary’s municipal election is October 18.
